Tundra’s new chiselled exterior design features a muscular front end with high mount head lamps, blacked out grille, 18- or 20-inch wheels, and a Tundra-embossed tailgate. With a choice of six distinctive grades, multiple bed lengths, and exciting package upgrades, there is a perfect Tundra just for you.
Tundra’s exceptional interior stands apart with its premium materials and quality feel that both driver and passengers will enjoy. Durable materials are used on high-contact surfaces like the dash, armrest, and door to avoid scratches and scuffs. The spacious cabin places comfort and convenience above all else, with available Heated and Ventilated Leather Front and Rear Seats, Panoramic Moonroof, Heated Steering Wheel, Authentic Wood Trim on select models, and Smart Key System with Push Button Start.

Tundra’s intelligent strength starts under the hood, with a 24-valve Dual Overhead Cam V6 engine that is chain driven and features Dual VVT-i. With a water-cooled intercooler, this highly efficient twin-turbo 3.5 litre V6 actually improves on the outgoing V8 engine in every way, producing 389 horsepower and 479 lb.ft. of torque.
With a maximum towing capacity of up to 12,000 lb. (5,440 kg)1 and a maximum payload capacity of 1,940 lb. (880 kg), Tundra has the muscle to deliver big payloads with ease and confidence. Along with Tundra’s power and strength come an array of intelligent towing features designed to make trailering less of a daunting task. The available TOW/HAUL mode gives you added control when hauling heavy loads up and down steep terrain by preventing the transmission from “hunting” for the right gear.
Tundra’s improved suspension enhances ride comfort and fuel efficiency, not to mention performance and handling. And the new available Air Suspension automatically load-levels the rear height to find the right balance between truck and trailer to keep the wheels even and your cargo in check at all times.
1 Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner’s Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total Weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. “Added vehicle equipment” includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners. The only way to be certain of your vehicle’s exact curb weight is to weight your vehicle without passengers or cargo. Installation of a tow hitch receiver or other accessories located near the rear bumper may require disabling or removing the kick sensor, and the sensor operation setting in your vehicle should be turned off. See Owner’s Manual for limitations.
Tundra Hybrid i-FORCE MAX
Available in Spring 2022, the 2022 Tundra i-FORCE MAX Hybrid is an absolute powerhouse. Its highly efficient twin-turbo 3.5-litre V6 engine is paired with a brilliantly engineered bell-housing motor system that results in a combined performance output of 437 horsepower and a staggering 583 lb-ft of torque. This configuration is mated to a new 10-speed Direct Shift Automatic Transmission. The i-FORCE MAX powertrain is designed to provide extraordinary driving, towing, and hauling performance with unheard of fuel economy.
Tundra TRD Off-Road
The TRD Off-Road Package is available on SR5 and Limited models, and it includes 18" Off Road Aluminum Alloy Wheels, TRD Grille, TRD Decals, TRD Off Road Shock Absorbers, TRD Heated Steering Wheel, and TRD Leather Shift Knob. 4X4 models will also gain Crawl Control, Multi-Terrain Select (MTS), Down Assist Control, and Electronic Rear Differential Lock.
Tundra TRD Pro (Soon Available).
Combined to the i-FORCE MAX hybrid-electric powertrain, the 2022 Tundra TRD Pro fears nothing - on or off the road.
For maximum off-road performance, TRD PRO grades are fitted with 2.5-inch diameter FOXTM internal bypass shocks that provide position sensitive dampening and improved comfort on uneven terrain. TRD Pro also gains a new TRD Pro front stabilizer bar, TRD aluminum front skid plate along with additional underbody protection, red painted suspension parts, Multi-Terrain Select (MTS), Crawl Control, Down Assist Control, and unique all-terrain Falken tires.
Tundra TRD Sport
The TRD Sport Package is available on 4X4 models in CrewMax and Double Cab configurations and includes the addition of 20-inch Sport Aluminum Alloy Wheels, TRD grille, TRD lowered sport suspension and a TRD leather shift knob.
Tundra 1794 Edition
The 2022 Tundra 1794 Edition features a 12.3-inch Display, 12-speaker JBL Audio system, Premium Saddle Tan Leather Seating, Authentic Wood Trim, and Exterior Chrome Accents and Unique 1794 Edition Badges.

Tundra’s all-new Multimedia system features an 8-inch or 14-inch HD touch-screen display with wireless Apple CarPlayTM and Android AutoTM. The Drive Connect package (Cloud Navigation, Intelligent Assistant and Destination Assist) elevates your driving experience, while available features like Qi Wireless Charging and Head-Up Display give you the convenience you need while on the go.
Trailer Backup Guidance provides multiple camera views to aid in maneuvering trailers with ease and confidence. When Straight Path Assist is activated, the system takes over steering inputs and automatically keeps the trailer in a straight line while backing up.
With cameras situated in the front, side, rear, hitch, and bed, Tundra provides a 360-degree view to keep an eye on your surroundings and tough-to-see areas around the truck and trailer.

No matter what roads you travel, Toyota Safety SenseTM (TSS) 2.5 is always there to help keep you – and those around you – as safe as possible. It’s an advanced suite of innovative safety features that comes standard on the 2022 Tundra, and it is designed to help protect drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and people in other vehicles from harm. Its advanced active safety features includes : Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian & Bicycle Detection, Automatic High Beams, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist & Road Edge Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Tracing Assist.
The available Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert uses radar technology to help identify vehicles that may not be visible when changing lanes or backing out of a parking space. When a vehicle is detected, a warning indicator illuminates on the appropriate side view mirror.
The 2022 Tundra comes equipped with 8 Airbags : Driver and Front Passenger Airbags, Roll-Sensing Head/Side Curtain and Front Seat-Mounted Side Airbags.
