The 2025 Tacoma sits proud and tough, and looks great from every angle. Its distinctive style is characterized by a powerful athletic stance, a sleek body, and high lift. It features 17” alloy wheels and active grille shutters. You can make it even bolder with available 18” alloy wheels, LED headlights, running boards and mica black overfender.
There's no need to give up on comfort and style just because you want to go where others fear to tread. The interior of the 2025 Tacoma offers heated front seats, air conditioning and rear side window privacy glass. Available features include ventilated front seats, SofTex seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel, leather wrapped shift knob, dual-zone automatic climate control and electrochromic rear view mirror with Homelink.
2025 Tacoma TRD Off Road
The 2025 Tacoma TRD Off Road builds on the SR5 model, with 17-inch off road alloy wheels with chrome lug nuts and BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires, Bilstein shocks, a locking rear differential, underbody protection for the engine, fuel tank, and transfer case, LED fog lamps, automatic air conditioning, and an integrated garage door opener. This truck also features a number of handling, control, and safety technologies – such as crawl control, downhill assist, and the multi-terrain select system.

The 2025 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 6M introduces Canadians to the capability, versatility, and comfort that have made Tacoma legendary. This pickup – fitted with the six-speed manual gearbox with clutch start cancel – features 17-inch alloy off road wheels with chrome lug nuts and BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires, plus Bilstein shocks, a locking rear differential, underbody protection for the engine, fuel tank, and transfer case, LED front fog lamps, 12.3-inch full digital gauges, a Toyota Multimedia system with Service Connect, Safety Connect, and Safety Connect plus an eight-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker audio system, automatic air conditioning, and an integrated garage door opener.
The 2025 Tacoma TRD Off-Road Premium enhances the Off Road grade. This pickup features an eight-speed automatic and several advanced handling, control, and safety technologies – such as downhill assist, crawl control, a multi-terrain select system, trailer brake controller, trailer backup guide with straight path assist, and the Intelligent Clearance Sonar system. Other standard gear includes a 10-speaker JBL audio system with portable Bluetooth speaker, a multi-terrain monitor, dual zone automatic air conditioning, heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated front row seats, Softex upholstery, cast aluminum running boards, a moon roof, exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals, and a digital key with card key. This pickup features a Toyota Multimedia system with larger, 14-inch touch screen, which has been enhanced for 2025 with the addition of Drive Connect.
2025 Tacoma TRD Sport
The 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport also builds on the SR5 model, taking the Tacoma in a sportier direction. This truck features sport fabric upholstery, 18-inch alloy wheels with chrome lug nuts, sport-tuned suspensions plus aluminum sport pedals, colour-keyed exterior details, a hood scoop, LED fog lamps, 12.3-inch full digital gauges, automatic air conditioning, and an integrated garage door opener.
The TRD Sport+ model enhances the TRD Sport grade, adding a moon roof, heated steering wheel, power adjustable front row seats, a 10-speaker JBL audio system with portable Bluetooth speaker, digital key with card key, exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals, a wireless charging dock for personal electronics, the Intelligent Clearance Sonar system, and a trailer brake controller.
The TRD Sport Premium model builds on the TRD Sport + grade with several enhancements. This truck features a 14-inch touchscreen for the Toyota Multimedia system, which is upgraded for 2025 with the addition of Drive Connect. Other features include dual zone automatic air conditioning, heated and ventilated front row seats, Softex upholstery, the Panoramic View Monitor system, trailer backup guide with straight path assist, cast aluminum running boards, a 400-watt AC outlet, and acoustic windshield and front side glass.

Epic adventures start with performance, which is why Toyota engineers developed two powertrains designed to ensure nothing stands in your way.
Two 2025 Tacoma pickups are fitted with a 2.4L four-cylinder turbocharged gas engine mated to a six-speed manual and on-demand four-wheel-drive generates 270 peak horsepower and up to 310 lb-ft of torque.
Six other Tacoma pickups pair the same 2.4L four-cylinder turbocharged gas engine with an eight-speed automatic with tow/haul mode and on-demand four-wheel-drive. In this configuration, the powertrain produces up to 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque.

Every 2025 Tacoma is a technology showcase, starting with the Toyota Multimedia system – a bundle of smart connectivity technologies that keep drivers informed and safe while simplifying their lives behind the wheel. Toyota Multimedia integrates wirelessly with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and features Toyota’s newest interface, which improves interaction between people and vehicle through sight, voice, and touch. Other technology features include touchscreen display audio systems, USB charging ports, and a multi-information display for the driver.
