Embrace a fresh, advanced, and innovative future in the 2025 bZ4X – the zero-emissions vehicle that delivers an exhilarating ride, impressive capability and versatility, and the range and recharging speed that drivers demand in an all-electric SUV. For 2025, we’ve enhanced the bZ4X lineup with a new LE AWD grade and added features to both XLE grades, making our first battery electric vehicle better than ever.

 

 

bZ4X cuts a striking figure

The 2025 bZ4X captures the imagination with an original style that stands out from the crowd. With no need for a grille, the bZ4X features a low hood that improves forward visibility while its front fascia and headlamps emphasize the vehicle’s corners – imparting an aerodynamic, fresh look. The side profile is sleek and balanced, with a long wheelbase, dynamic character lines, and a flowing silhouette. The rear emphasizes the bZ4X’s powerful stance while once again putting focus on the corners and tail lamps. Notable exterior features include power-adjustable and heated exterior mirrors with puddle lights, a powered back door, auto-levelling LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, LED rear combination lamps, and rain-, mist-, and moisture-sensing wipers with deicers.

Inside, the 2025 bZ4X features an extra-wide interior that welcomes up to five adults to a spacious, quiet, and relaxing cabin. Comfort is assured – with legroom equivalent to that in a large sedan for all passengers, as well as copious side-to-side space in the rear seat. Meantime, stowing the 60/40 split folding rear seat, the 2025 bZ4X can hold an impressive amount of cargo. Premium finishes and soft-touch materials elevate the comfort and style, while smart design places gauges and controls within easy reach and sightline for the driver. All models are equipped with a long list of standard features – including dual-zone automatic climate control with an automatic air circulation control system, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel on a tilting/telescoping column, a seven-inch full-colour LCD multi-information display, and front centre console box.

 

 

Keep the good times rolling

The 2025 bZ4X offers a choice of two all-electric powertrains:

The 2025 bZ4X LE features a front-wheel-drive system that enables a range of up to 406 km between charges. This model’s powertrain delivers its 150kW power output to the front wheels, translating to 201 system horsepower and 196 lb-ft of torque. On this model, the high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack powers the electric motor that is positioned in the front of the vehicle.

The 2025 bZ4X LE AWD, XLE AWD, and XLE AWD Technology Package feature the added all-weather confidence of an all-wheel-drive powertrain that splits front/rear axle power 80kW/80kW. These models are rated at 214 system horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque, with a range of up to 367 km between charges. AWD models boast two motors, one in the front and one in the rear.

bZ4X’s All-Wheel Drive system adds X-MODE^® and Grip Control engineered to help you handle tricky terrain and low-grip situations like mud and snow.

 

 

Loaded with intuitive tech

The 2025 bZ4X puts intuitive technology at one’s fingertips – and voice. Every model features the Toyota Multimedia system – a bundle of smart connectivity technologies that keeps drivers informed and safe while simplifying their lives behind the wheel. The system integrates wirelessly with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and features Toyota’s newest interface, which improves interaction between people and vehicle through sight, touch, and voice. Many functions may be controlled via the touch screen via the same gestures used on mobile phone screens. In addition, the 2025 bZ4X features a fully digital multi-information display which includes charging information to make trip planning easier – such as the state of charge percentage, estimated time to 80-percent charge, and estimated vehicle range.

 

 

Advanced peace of mind

Every bZ4X also comes with an impressive package of safety features, headlined by Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 – Toyota’s suite of active safety technologies and capabilities that supports driver awareness and decision making to help reduce the potential for accidents. Its advanced active safety features includes: Pre-Collision System including Pedestrian, Bicycle & Motorcycle Detection, Front-to-Front Oncoming Vehicle Detection, Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection/Braking, and Right/Left Turn Oncoming Pedestrian Detection/Braking, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Lane Tracing Assist, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control with Curve Speed Management, and Automatic High Beams.

Other standard safety features include a backup camera, eight airbags, the Blind Spot Monitor with Safe Exit Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert system, a tire pressure monitoring system with auto location, and an onboard tire repair kit.
